A STORY WORTH TELLING
For nearly a decade Paul Taylor has been studying the petroglyphs on Anasazi Ridge at Land Hill, in Southern Utah. Using a codex of Native American sign language, Paul and his assistant Patricia Kent, share their interpretation of the stories left behind by the Virgin River Anasazi . In our years of research at Land Hill we discovered that many of the panels of petroglyphs exhibit what we call Archeoastronomy events. This is where sunlight passes through them during solstices and equinoxes, to add lights and shadows to the images. One of the amazing things we have discovered is that those lights and shadows inner act with the different panels of glyphs at the same time. We invite you to come see for yourselves the stories that are told on the ridge at Land Hill. |
